And probably, this is no big news for you, because you already know - and actually, you've known for a long time.

You've always felt this calling, this strange and inexplicable pull of the soul. And I believe that you made the experience of what it feels like to follow it. And then also how it feels like to deny it.

I am here to help you re-establish the connection with your internal GPS, hold up your vision with you, and help you clear limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.

With so many external influences, expectations and internalized limiting beliefs about what we can and can't do, it can become a hard task to follow our own intuition no matter what. 

But exactly this is what you're meant to do. You have to carve out and walk your own path. You have to trust your inner wisdom, you have to believe that you are meant for a life of joy, passion and freedom, and you have to let go of what is not in alignment with your truth.

I know exactly how you feel - because I'm just the same!

Since I can remember, "normal life" has put me off. Already in high school, I was terrified by the thought of having a typical 40 hour job and family life. Instead of stability and security, I was craving freedom, adventure, and experiences! However I didn't really know that was supposed to look like, exactly.

 

So I had to find out by trial and error. I went down many dead-end roads and probably made a lot of mistakes, led by confusion and fear rather than intuition. 

However I always made the choice to trust and try again. On my journey I learned quite amazing healing modalities and techniques that helped me and that I can now use to help you.

Embodiment

Have you ever had a gut feeling about something - a person or a situation? If yes, you know that your body somehow knows what's good for you and what isn't. Too often we learn to mistrust the body or we feel unsafe in our body due to traumatic events. Embodiment helps you to connect back to your body and experience yourself as sensory being - able to feel, move, dance, and enjoy!

Therapeutic Breathwork

The breath is the direct way into the body. Controlled breathing signals safety and activates the parasympathetic - the "rest & relax" - state. Breathing can also be used to enter altered states of consciousness in which limiting beliefs can be transformed.

Emotional Release

The reason #1 why we're not living up to our true self is that we are holding back parts of who we are. Those parts that were shamed and deemed unlovable. This is ALWAYS connected to repressed emotions. Emotional Release is a technique to safely dive into your inner shadow land and bring all parts of you to surface. Everything can be felt, expressed, and somatically integrated - making you feel whole.

Clarity Coaching

Long-lasting shifts happen on a bodily level (and I believe most therapies and coachings don't work because they neglect the body). However I also don't want to neglect the mind. To stabilize the deep transformation the mind needs reassurance - that's what the coaching is for.
